The member of the Supervisory Board of Bayern Munich Karl-Heinz Rummenigge does not is sure that the club management will extend the contract of goalkeeper Manuel Neuer.
"I don't know if we will extend his contract, but everyone is aware of how important Neuer is for Bayern. It's amazing how he's now back to Pep Guardiola's style of football," Rummenigge told Kicker, as quoted by Topsport.
The 38-year-old German has an active contract with Bayern until the summer of 2025. He has 529 games for the "Bavarias", he has conceded 435 goals, and in 247 matches he has not conceded a goal.
In August, Manuel Neuer announced that he was ending his career with the national team. The 2014 world champion, who is 38 years old, has 124 caps for Germany.
