The Russians lied again about the capture of settlements in Ukraine, one of which has not existed for 37 years, writes Liga.net.

Russian armed forces announced today that they have taken control of the village of Myasozharovka (until 2016 Artyomovka) in eastern Ukraine's Luhansk Oblast and the village of Timkovka in neighboring Kharkiv Oblast. “With active actions, the units of the group of troops “West“ liberated the settlements of Artyomovka in the Luhansk People's Republic and Timkovka in the Kharkiv Region”, the Ministry of Defense of Russia said.

Nazar Voloshin, spokesman for the Ukrainian operational-strategic group of troops “Khortytsa”, said that Timkovka has not existed since 1987. He pointed out that Myasozharovka is under the control of Ukrainian forces.

It is not clear what exactly the Russian occupiers took over.

Just a few days ago, the Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov lied about the capture of the village of Ryzhivka in the Sumy region, where, according to him, serious damage was done to the Ukrainian forces. The Ukrainian authorities denied this information and indicated that there were no Russian occupiers present there. The Ministry of Defense of Russia did not make a statement regarding the development of events on this section of the front.
