Medvedev: The Koran gives us the right to start a nuclear war against NATO - 1

Former President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev said that “everything is possible“ , referring to the scenario between Russia and NATO starting a nuclear war over Ukraine.

In an interview with the Russian publication “Arguments and facts“ Medvedev stated that the Russian Federation has the “moral and legal right to give an adequate, symmetrical or asymmetrical response to the direct violation of our security and sovereignty”.

The vice president of the Security Council and a leading voice among Kremlin hardliners also says the Koran gives Russia the right to launch a nuclear war against NATO.

„Evil can and sometimes must be answered with evil. The principle “an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth“ has a historical character. It is mentioned in the Code of Hammurabi (a collection of laws of the Babylonian king Hammurabi), in the Laws of Manu, in the Laws of the Twelve Tables, and of course in the Old Testament and the Koran, Medvedev said. It is not by chance that Medvedev refers to the holy book for Muslims. A large part of the population of the federation is Muslim, and Ramzan Kadyrov is one of the supporters of the Putin regime, without which it could easily collapse.

„And while we can prevent a global catastrophe, we strive to do so. It is a pity that our current enemies do not have such motives,” said the pacifist Medvedev, who almost every day makes nuclear threats to European countries and the USA.

In his interview, Medvedev calls Ukraine the “former Ukraine”, and in his words, the NATO countries have tried to push their selfish interests there to the detriment of Russia. “ Today, Russia does not threaten NATO, it has no intention of attacking the member countries of the Alliance,”, claims the former Russian president.

„The actions that Russia's adversaries have been taking against us for years, expanding the Alliance and feeding the Kiev neo-Nazis, are NATO's approach to the point of no return,”, he also stated. Dmitry Medvedev also said that Ukraine joining NATO would mean war.

„NATO has only one interest - to turn Ukraine into a means of destroying Russia. "The Ukrainian idiots in power immediately after the collapse of the USSR tried to build their statehood on the denial of everything that unites us," Medvedev said.
