Discussion with Kiev of the so-called "victory plan", proposed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, is pointless, negotiations should be held with the United States and England. This opinion was expressed in an interview with TASS by the governor of the Zaporozhye region Evgeny Balitsky.
„As for Zelensky, what is the point of talking to all these punks in Ukraine? We need to talk to England, we need to talk to America, to those who set the tone, because Ukraine has become a big space of girls with low social responsibility. These are not independent people”, he said.
No one will "undertake" Russia in the new Minsk agreements, Balitsky said.
„No one will deceive us anymore, neither with Minsk-1, nor with Minsk-2, nor with Khasavyurt“/b.r. At the end of August 1996, the leader of the Chechen rebels Aslan Maskhadov and the Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Alexander Lebed signed in Khasavyurt the so-called Khasavyurt's agreements for the cessation of hostilities in Chechnya and the gradual withdrawal of Russian troops from there/, he commented on Zelensky's plan.
Ukrainians who fight for Zelensky's regime will not be forgiven either in Ukraine or in Russia, Balitsky added.
He added that today only the Ukrainian military can fight the Kiev regime inside the country, but it is not profitable for them because they will not be forgiven for the atrocities they have already committed.< /p>
„They understand that they will not be forgiven here? And that is why it is pointless to oppose the regime. we also will not forgive them for the abuse of prisoners and the shelling of our cities”, Balitsky said.
