Israeli military killed " the terrorist Farouk Amin Alassi, commander of "Hezbollah" in the area of the Lebanese city of Khiyam", the Israeli army said today, quoted by DPA and BTA.
Alassi is responsible for numerous rocket attacks against Israeli municipalities in areas of the Upper Galilee, especially in the city of Metula, according to the statement published on the social network "X".
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) added that they also killed the "terrorist Youssef Ahmad Noon, commander of a company from the "Radwan" in the Khiyam area", which is also responsible for rocket attacks on Israeli municipalities and military units located in the Galilee area.
Furthermore, the IDF claimed to have eliminated "Radwan forces" and other "Hezbollah" terrorists. Large stocks of "Hezbollah" weapons were also discovered.
"Hezbollah" has not yet commented on Israel's statement. In the Khiyam region, which is located near the border with Israel, fighting is taking place between the Israeli military and the Iranian-backed Shia movement.
