When asked about a possible phone conversation between Trump and Putin, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said he had nothing concrete to announce on the matter yet, adding that it would be premature to talk about an improvement in Russian-American relations .
But Peskov noted that Putin has repeatedly made it clear that he remains open to dialogue.
