The Kremlin said that Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk's claim that Russia was planning "terrorist acts" in the air against Poland and other countries is completely unfounded, "Reuters" reports.
Tusk made his accusation yesterday after meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Warsaw. He was apparently referring to packages that exploded in logistics warehouses in Europe, which Western security officials have suggested were part of a test linked to a Russian plot to blow up cargo flights to the United States.
"These are absolutely unfounded accusations against Russia," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said when asked about Tusk's statement.
Poland is well known for such accusations, he added.
