I'm afraid that Zhelyazkov will stay to govern us until the elections, because no one wants to do it at this moment.
This was stated to the Bulgarian National Radio by Koprinka Chervenkova, journalist, former editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Culture".
"For some time, we will be governed by an illegitimate government that has resigned. I don't feel that this entire administration will try very hard".
She commented on why Borisov took the step of resigning.
"He was afraid of this GERB sticking to Peevski".
Chervenkova predicted thatthe same picture would be repeated in the elections if Rumen Radev does not appear.
"If he does not participate in the political battle, we will reproduce what happened to us a year ago, when they somehow stitched this government together".
If the president does not enter the political arena, she does not expect a much higher voter turnout.
"Whenever Radev appears, he will have a huge mass that will support him waiting".
As "wet dreams of Asen Vassilev" Chervenkova defined the PP-DB's desire to receive 121 seats in the next parliament.
"Of course it won't happen. They are marked with a stigma".
Koprinka Chervenkova thinks that we owe the current development of events not only to generation Z.
"Did they know why they came to the square?! I think they came for the party".
She also commented on the unfolding of Delyan Peevski's political biography.
"He got on some career elevator and he got here. His greatest victory is the political assassination of Dogan.
I think he is not as great as they make him out to be. He is the universal explanation for every failure".
Chervenkova does not believe that there is a backstage that decides when a given government will fall.
"Circumstances determine it. No backstage made Borisov leave the government, but his own sense of self-preservation. Fear that he would be annulled, that he would be ousted. And so far his party is collecting the most votes".
However, Borisov has no political future, she thinks.
"He has no chance of becoming president".
The journalist also commented on the political future of the BSP and ITN, who governed with him.
"If they are lucky, they may even penetrate the next parliament. But I think the BSP will completely die out. They do not have a hidden electorate. Maybe ITN has a hidden electorate, fans of Slavi himself".
Nothing will remain of "Velicie", Chervenkova also predicts.
There is no danger of "DPS-New Beginning" to become the first political force, she is convinced.
