On the Black Sea before noon, in places there will be reduced visibility and low cloudiness. During the day, the cloudiness will be more often significant. A moderate wind will blow from the east-southeast. Maximum temperatures will be between 8° and 10°. The sea water temperature is 7° - 9°. The sea will be about 2 points.
In the mountains it will be mostly cloudy. In the afternoon hours, there will be rain in the massifs of Western Bulgaria, and snow in places above 1300 meters above sea level. A moderate and temporarily strong easterly wind will blow. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be about 7°, at 2000 meters – about minus 1°.
