The Prosecution College of the Supreme Judicial Council will consider the resignation submitted by the appellate prosecutor of Sofia Radoslav Dimov, BNT reported. He has asked to be released from the post for personal reasons.
Dimov has submitted an application to be released both from the leading administrative post and as a prosecutor. He was elected appellate prosecutor of Sofia in September 2019, and before that he headed the Sofia District Prosecutor's Office.
The name of Radoslav Dimov was involved in the affair with Martin Bojanov - the Notary. Dimov asked to be heard by the Prosecutor's College of the SJC on the subject, as well as by the temporary parliamentary committee.
At the beginning of the hearings, Dimov stated that he asked to speak to the magistrates and deputies in order to clear his name.
