Considered from 01.08.2024, there have been changes in the management of the companies of the group Electrohold.
The position of chief executive officer of the Electrohold Bulgaria group is held by Eng. Georgi Mikov, who until now was the executive director of Electricity Distribution Networks Zapad EAD (ERM Zapad).
The position of executive director of ERM Zapad is assumed by Eng. in the company.
Milen Hristov, who is the manager of Electrohold IPS EOOD, will also hold the positions of a member of the Board of Directors of Electrohold Sales EAD and a member of the Board of Directors of Electrohold Trade EAD.

Bulgaria Karel Kral due to the expiration of his mandate. He will remain part of the group's team as a member of the Supervisory Board of ERM Zapad.
Eng. Georgi Mikov has over 35 years of experience in the energy sector in Bulgaria. He was the executive director of the National Electric Company EAD, Elektrorazpradelenie Stolichno EAD and a member of the management board of CEZ Bulgaria EAD. He became part of the management team of ERM Zapad again in January 2022 as the chief director of “Asset Management“, and on May 1, 2022 he became an executive
director of the company.
He is an electrical engineer and has a master's degree in business administration from the American University in Bulgaria. Eng. Radoslav Tsvetkov has more than 20 years of experience in the field of electricity and gas infrastructure management, holding various management positions in the sector. He worked at CEZ Distribution Bulgaria EAD, Energo-PRO Networks and Overgaz Networks. Eng. Tsvetkov joined ERM Zapad in 2021 as the director of "Strategic planning and network development", and from May 1, 2022 he is the chief director of "Asset Management". He has a master's degree in
Electricity from renewable energy sources from the Technical University
in Sofia and in Business Administration from UNSS.
Milen Hristov has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of
Sheffield, followed by an MBA at the Moscow Business Institute “Skolkovo”.
In 2021, he is also defending a master's degree in insurance and risk management at VUZF.
He holds an additional qualification in stock trading from London Stock
Exchange. After 8 years of experience in the Eurohold group, focusing on
trade, project management and integrated supply, in 2021 it becomes
part of the team of the Electrohold group as the manager of the newly created company
Electrohold IPS.
