"The Central Election Commission must consider the complaints depending on the arguments raised for illegality and in which sections such were admitted, he must take the necessary actions to check - whether the violations were really committed, whether there are discrepancies between the protocols.

This was explained by the former chairman of the CEC, Alexander Andreev, in "Day ON AIR".

According to him, if there is a partial count, it means that from now on those votes that were not counted or were counted incorrectly, it will be necessary to run the methodology again to see if this will lead to until the mandates are shifted in the relevant region.

"The majorities in the National Assembly will change depending on where the mandate will be taken when applying the methodology for determining the mandates of each of the political forces. The overall dispute seems complicated, but it also has a lot of difficulties from the point of view of establishment," Andreev pointed out to Bulgaria ON AIR.

According to him, the purchase of SIC is a problem that must be solved with changes in measures that must be adopted by the legislator.

"The Electoral Code currently allows for one last-minute replacement of SEC members. In most cases, they do not undergo training. Video surveillance is good to have because it gives publicity to the ballot counting process. In the video surveillance, what it brings with it as benefits dulls the attention of all other participants in the electoral process," the former CEC chairman believes.

Confidence in the electoral process is at its lowest level after the repeated elections and after the reporting of the election results, Andreev is categorical. He insisted on a serious analysis of the elections.
