Residents and guests of Tsarevo Municipality can now freely use Silistar Beach, without restrictions on passing through private property.
After negotiations between Mayor Marin Kirov and the owner of the property, an agreement was reached for free access without fences and fees.
The municipality is considering building a bypass, the mayor informed.
The municipality has launched an initiative for a bypass, but it takes time and serious financial resources - building a new road certainly means removing trees, heavy equipment and investment by the municipality.
The moment is not appropriate to allocate funds in a significant amount, the coordination procedures are also delicate," commented Kirov, adding that the temporary solution is to use the existing route.
Thus, the beach between the villages Rezovo and Sinemorets, developed as an eco-beach, remains accessible to all. A special path for people with disabilities will be installed there in the near future.
