The President and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Rumen Radev will be welcomed with a guard of honor at the Naval Station in Varna this morning.
He is expected to attend the military ritual for conferring the first officer rank to the graduates of the "Nikola Vaptsarov" Higher Naval School.
The Head of State will address a greeting to the young officers and those present at the solemn ritual.
