Citizens have spotted a bear in the area of \u200b\u200bthe park "Kapincho" in Troyan, the municipality reports. The animal was seen on the stairs leading to the park-hotel.
The mayor of the municipality Donka Mihaylova has notified the head of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ivaylo Slavkov, as well as the director of the State Highway Service, Eng. Krasimir Tsanin. The Regional Inspectorate for Environment and Water has also been informed in writing.
All necessary measures will be taken despite the limited legal provisions to ensure the safety of citizens, the municipality states.
The administration informs that reports of a bear being spotted in the area of the village of Terziysko continue to be received.
The municipality calls on citizens to move with increased caution in the mentioned areas, not to approach the animal in the event of a possible encounter, and to immediately report the situation to 112 with the exact location.
