Newborn baby dumped next to rubbish bins in Aitos.

The child was discovered around 4:30 p.m. today and still had an umbilical cord, NOVA reported.

The newborn was taken by ambulance to the hospital.

This is the second such case in just the last few weeks. A newborn baby was abandoned next to a garbage container in the Silistren village of Vodno on September 12.
