The graduate of the culinary academy “Cordon Bleu” and the last woman in the race was given an orange apron and a chance to run the Black kitchen. However, her unsatisfactory performance forced chef Viktor Angelov to add a new black jacket to the weeping wall in Hell's Kitchen.
The Golds and Blacks once again entered two head-to-head clashes - a culinary competition and an evening reservation. In the first challenge, the two teams had to prepare a dish combining seafood and meat. Although they had gained an advantage before the cookout, the Black Jackets were defeated by their star rivals, and after her unsatisfactory performance, Nicole received an orange apron and a nomination for eviction.
The evening reservation presented the two kitchens with another new menu by Chef Angelov. Despite the ongoing friction between folk diva Bonnie and reality star Alexandra Gardeva, the Goldens showed good team play and managed to deliver all their orders, including the desserts. However, the simpler preparation of the dishes did not work in favor of the professionals in black jackets, who failed to issue a single order, and their VIP guests demonstratively left the restaurant in the middle of the reservation.
Despite the skills and leadership qualities, the avalanche of mistakes of the talented French graduate Nicole left no other choice for boss Angelov and he broke up with her days before the grand final in the competition.
Tonight, the Black Jackets and the Goldens will compete in new contests filled with high stakes and unexpected combinations of tastes and perceptions.
