In a great match, Leeds took a point from their away game against Liverpool – 3:3, in a match from the 15th round of the Premier League. The champions were leading 2:0 and 3:2, but allowed an equalizer at the very end of the match at "Eland Road", reports BTA. National player Iliya Gruev started as a starter for the "Whites", but was replaced by Ao Tanaka in the 65th minute.
The first half did not offer many emotions to the spectators, but everything most interesting happened after the break. Hugo Ekitike scored twice for the champions in just over 120 seconds to make it 2-0 in the 50th minute.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin pulled one back from the penalty spot in the 73rd minute, and Anton Stach equalised a quarter of an hour before the end of regular time. The "Reds" regained the lead through Dominik Soboslay in the 80th minute, but Japanese forward Tanaka, who replaced Iliya Gruev, made it 3-3 in the sixth minute of extra time.
