One morning Europe may wake up in a state of major war - with massive strikes at 4:30 in the morning, as happened in Ukraine. Russia is testing the system of responses, sees their lack, sees the fear of escalation and will increase the strikes. First test ones, then more massive ones.

Such a warning was issued by Mykhailo Podoliak, an advisor to the head of Volodymyr Zelensky's office, Ukrainian TV FREEDOM reported.

His comment was made against the backdrop of Russian provocations, which also reached the territory of Poland. A few days ago, Russian drones entered Polish airspace, which led to urgent consultations in NATO.

Podolyak said that Putin will not limit himself to Ukraine, but will also attack a NATO country if the Alliance does not take measures to stop the aggressor.

“This is a strategy for waging war. This is a test of the response system. Will there be a response from Poland, will there be a response from NATO, will there be a response, first of all, from the United States?“, said Zelensky's advisor.

“Russia will increase the scale of such provocations. These provocations have several goals. The first is to test the response system. The second is to intimidate Poland and other Eastern European countries. You can pretend that these are not strikes on NATO, this is not a declaration of war, but drones that “accidentally“ flew in. But they flew in under control. And when military drones with destructive effects fall on the territory of a NATO member state, it is a threat,“ said Podoljak.

“That is why we need strict synchronized sanctions against Russia, an increase in military supplies, a closure of the skies over Ukraine and an end to talks about compromises with Russia,“ he is categorical.

Moscow does not admit that it deliberately sent drones to Poland. To think that Russia will say “sorry, we made a mistake“ is naive.

Currently, in the immediate vicinity of NATO borders, Russia and Belarus are conducting joint military maneuvers in which a large number of troops and military equipment have been mobilized.
