The bodies of two more people were found when clearing the ruins of a residential building after the shelling of the city of Tokmak in the Zaporozhye Region by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

As a result, the death toll has increased to eight, the governor of the Zaporozhye region Yevgeny Balitsky announced on his Telegram channel.

"During the past night, the bodies of two more people were taken out from under the rubble. At the moment, the number of dead is eight people, including two children”, Balitsky wrote.

Before that, the chairman of the "We are together with Russia" movement. Vladimir Rogov announced that six people were killed in the shelling of the city. In addition, at least 20 were injured.
