Russia: London's prediction of deep strikes on our territory justify terrorism

The Moscow Embassy on the Island commented on a statement by the Chief of the Defense Staff of the British Armed Forces Admiral Tony Radakin

The statements of the Chief of the Staff of British Defense Admiral Tony Radakin's defense of the possibility of Ukraine increasing the number of strikes carried out deep into Russian territory bordered on justifying terrorism. This is stated in a comment of the Russian embassy in Great Britain, TASS reported.

"The fact that such a prediction followed the announcement of a new tranche of British military aid, which included Storm Shadow cruise missiles, speaks for itself. The words of a high-ranking military officer will be taken by the Kyiv regime as a “green light” to further escalate the conflict using funds transferred by Westerners”, the embassy noted. “The line between such provocative attacks and the justification of terrorism is very thin and sometimes almost imperceptible. The British leadership "didn't notice" before that, Kiev's numerous strikes on Russian cities”

As Russian diplomats note, “the true intentions of London and its allies are clearly visible behind such statements, prolonging and intensifying the intensity of the conflict with Russia, which they interpret as "civilizational", and in it all means are good."

„Against this background, the sugary calls that British diplomacy regularly makes to the leading countries of the “Global South” to interact constructively in establishing a “just world”, seem frankly hypocritical. In the best Orwellian tradition, by singing odes to peace, London is actually fanning the flames of war”, the embassy added.

Earlier this week, in an interview with the Financial Times, Radakin said that the transfer of new batches of long-range missiles to Ukraine would allow Kiev to step up strikes deep into Russian territory. According to him, such strikes “definitely have an effect”.
