American entrepreneur Elon Musk announced, that he is ready to lead the pre-election debate between the candidates for the presidency of the United States. The debate is expected to include incumbent President Joe Biden, former President Donald Trump and independent candidate Robert Kennedy Jr., reports Focus.

"Of course”, Musk wrote on the X social network, responding to Kennedy's question if he wanted to host the event.

Earlier, Musk emphasized that the independent candidate for the presidency of the United States, Robert Kennedy Jr., should take part in the pre-election debates.

Trump, in turn, announced that he plans to request a drug test before the debate with Biden, as he fears that the current US president could be "pumped with stimulants“.

Rivals for the White House post have agreed to hold two rounds of televised debates - in June and September. The US presidential election is in November.
