Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in an interview with the BBC that is ready to work with whoever is elected president of the United States, including Donald Trump, BNR reported.
"We have to work with the United States. If a new team comes, we will have to work with them hard. We are not afraid of hard work," Zelensky emphasized.
He also said that he would step down from the presidency, but only after the war was over.
The Ukrainian head of state is in the United Kingdom to attend a meeting of the European political community, which includes the member states of the European Union, as well as 20 countries that are not in the euro bloc.
