France believes far-left extremists are likely to be behind the sabotage of the country's railway network, which coincided with the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games last week, said Interior Minister Gerald Darmanen, quoted by Reuters, quoted by BTA.
"We have established the profiles of several people", Darmanen told the TV "France 2" in connection with the search for the perpetrators of sabotage. He added that the saboteurs' modus operandi was typical of far-left extremists.
