Russia hits school in Kursk region, dozens trapped

Those trapped are mostly elderly people from the town of Sudzha

The Ukrainian military reports that Russian forces have hit a school building in the Kursk region, AFP reported, quoted by NOVA.

It was sheltering mostly elderly people in the Kiev-controlled town of Sudzha in the Kursk region. Dozens of people were buried under the rubble in the attack.

„Ninety-five people are trapped under the rubble“, Oleksiy Dmytrashkivsky, spokesman for the Ukrainian military command in the Kursk region, reported on Telegram.
