Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiha said on Monday that he had discussed ways to achieve a just and lasting peace with U.S. war envoy Keith Kellogg, Reuters reported, BTA reports.
"I confirm Ukraine's will to achieve peace through force, as well as our vision of the necessary steps," Sibiha wrote in "Ex".
