Ukraine will not agree to a frozen conflict with Russia, Ukrainian President Andriy Yermak's chief of staff said in a television program today, quoted by Reuters, BTA reports.
The agency notes that this comes after Kiev and Washington jointly proposed a 30-day ceasefire in the war.
Yermak added that Ukraine has agreed with the US that representatives from Europe will definitely participate in the peace process.
