The unconditional withdrawal of all Russian forces from the territory of Ukraine would be one of the main preconditions for lifting or amending sanctions against Moscow, a European Commission spokesman said today, quoted by Reuters, BTA reports.
“The end of unprovoked and unjustified Russian aggression and the withdrawal of all Russian military forces from the territory of Ukraine would be one of the main preconditions for lifting or amending sanctions“, the spokesman stressed.
