The Turkish Ministry of Education presented its plans for introducing artificial intelligence in the country's education system at a special event in Ankara, reported the newspaper “Yeni Şafak“, quoted by BTA.

The event, held yesterday, was attended by Turkish Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz and Minister of Education Yusuf Tekin. It was announced that Turkish authorities plan to develop specialized platforms for students and teachers to support the learning process with the help of artificial intelligence.

The ministry specified that a roadmap has been prepared containing specific measures and steps for the integration of artificial intelligence in Turkish schools.

“Our main goal is to create a generation of individuals who can adapt to the digital age while maintaining their moral responsibility and civilization“, Tekin said during the event, emphasizing that “people are Turkey's most valuable resource“.
