The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced today that their air defenses managed to repel a new series of drones launched from Iran, DPA reports, BTA reports.
According to an IDF statement on the social network “Telegram“, three drones were intercepted in the Dead Sea region. Air raid sirens were heard around 3:00 a.m. local time (also Bulgarian time).
The conflict between Israel and Iran is entering its second week. Since last Friday, Israeli forces have continued to attack targets on Iranian territory, while Tehran has responded with missile and drone attacks on Israel.
