Trump jumped on Medvedev: It's clear why Putin is the boss! VIDEO

We will not give nuclear weapons to Iran, but others can, the former Russian president and prime minister replied

„Did I really hear that? Former Russian president Medvedev casually throws in the word with „ya“ (nuclear!) and says that he and other countries will deliver nuclear warheads to Iran?"

This is what US President Donald Trump wrote on his social network Truth Social.

"Did he really say that or did I just imagine it? If he said it and it turns out to be true, please let me know NOW. The word with „ya“ should not be taken lightly. I guess that's why Putin is “THE BOSS“.

By the way, if anyone thought our equipment was impressive over the weekend, the most powerful and best equipment we have is our nuclear submarines. They are 20 years ahead of everything else, the most powerful and deadly weapons ever created. They just fired 30 “Tomahawks“ and all 30 hit their targets. So, in addition to our great fighter pilots, congratulations to the captain and crew!“.

Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev stressed that he condemns the US strikes on Iran, but Moscow does not intend to supply Tehran with nuclear weapons.

He wrote about this in English in X, commenting on criticism of him by US President Donald Trump.

„As for President Trump's concerns: I condemn the US strike on Iran - it did not achieve its goals. However, Russia does not intend to supply Iran with nuclear weapons, because, unlike Israel, we are parties to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty,“ Medvedev wrote.

The politician stressed that he is well aware of what this will lead to, since as president he controlled Russia's nuclear forces. “But other countries can carry out deliveries - and that has been said“, Medvedev warned.

According to him, “there is absolutely no point in arguing who has more nuclear weapons“. “Especially since the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty, which I once signed with Barack Obama, is still in force - for now. The question is: what will happen next?“, he concluded.
