In the spirit of cooperation between education and business, students from the University of Food Technology (UFT) - Plovdiv, visited the production base for pies of various sizes, puff pastry and puff pastry of „Bella Bulgaria“ in Yambol.
The initiative is part of the company's continuing education program, which aims to combine academic training with real production practice.
The visit gave the future technologists and engineers the opportunity to get up close and personal with modern production processes, implemented food quality and safety systems, as well as good practices for sustainable production. The „Bella Bulgaria“ team presented the students with the entire cycle - from the selection of raw materials and quality control to the finished final product that reaches the consumer; as well as the packaging process, which provides complete protection from environmental influences with high barrier properties.
The students showed special interest in the technical and technological innovations of „Bella Bulgaria“, with which the company achieved a double increase in the production capacity of dough products.
