As part of COP29, an interactive seminar on the application of renewable energy sources was held in Baku as part of the project “Promotion of renewable energy sources in entrepreneurship against climate change”. The event was held in the pavilion of the National NGO Forum in the COP29 Green Zone.
The main goal of the seminar, held by the director of the Association for Sustainable Development of Serbia, Borivože Matić, is to strengthen the fight against climate change by promoting the use of renewable energy sources among entrepreneurs and professionals in the agricultural and industrial sectors.

At the beginning of the event, the Chairman of the Management Board of the Association for the Development of Women's Entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan, Sakina Babayeva, noted that the project consists of 4 areas of activity: energy consumption and carbon emissions, problems of entrepreneurs (men and women) in the agricultural and industrial sectors, the response of young people to climate change and discouraged renewable energy sources.
After that, Indian expert Rajani Chandra Dmelo gave a presentation on the positive changes in the healthcare sector with the introduction of alternative energy sources.
