The wealth of the richest businessmen in Russia has increased by 7.764 billion USD since the beginning of 2025, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, which is calculated based on the value of companies' shares.
According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, since the beginning of the year, the shareholder of Russia's largest iron ore producer Metalloinvest, Alisher Usmanov, has gained 3.1 billion USD, his fortune amounts to 16.3 billion USD, and the fortune of Norilsk Nickel President Vladimir Potanin has increased by 1.77 billion USD to 29.6 billion USD.
The biggest losses were suffered by businessman Mikhail Fridman - his fortune decreased by 2.26 billion USD. USD to 12.5 billion USD.
Since March 2012, the agency has published the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, which includes information on the wealth of the 500 richest people on the planet.
