The priorities for the development of Electrohold's network and services in Pernik district were discussed at a meeting organized by the district governor Lyudmil Veselinov.
It was attended by mayors of municipalities and their representatives from the entire district. The meeting is part of the company's long-term commitment to open communication with local authorities.

At the meeting, ERM Zapad presented its investment plans in the Pernik region. The company announced that it will invest nearly 1 million leva. this year in the reconstruction of the medium and low voltage networks in the Pernik region, which will lead to a better power supply for customers in the region and a reduction in the accident rate. A 20 kilovolt cable will be replaced in the town of Tran. The low voltage network in the villages of Murtintsi, Dushintsi, Stanyovtsi, Priboy, Potsarnentsi, Mureno, Rakilovtsi, Bornarevo will be repaired, as well as the network in the villages of Kosharite, Dolni Rakovets, Kladnitsa, Studena, Bosnek will be repaired. The projects are the result of feedback received from customers and an analysis made by the company.
Nearly 3 million leva will be invested in new connections. In order to meet the high demand, the design of a new substation in Pernik will start this year. The electricity distribution company will also expect active cooperation from the municipalities in Blagoevgrad district in coordinating project documentation and issuing all necessary permits for the implementation of the projects in the shortest possible time.
Last year, 3.71 million leva were invested in the network in Pernik district. A reconstruction of the medium-voltage network was carried out in Kladnitsa, Krapets and Znepole. Funds were invested in the modernization of the network in 14 settlements, including Lyulin, Studena, Rasnik, Rudartsi, Divotino and others. Over 1,110 new sites were connected, for which ERM West invested more than 2.5 million. lv.
