Fibank (First Investment Bank) received the award for “Bank of the Mystery Shopper” in the prestigious competition organized by the “Bank of the Year Association”.
The awards are a recognition of the achievements of Bulgarian banks and play a significant role in the development of the financial sector in the country.
Fibank receives the high distinction for the 9th time since the existence of the “Bank of the Year” awards. It is particularly valuable because it is the result of the real client experience and reflects the trust of clients in the institution.
The category “Bank of the Mystery Shopper” is determined by a survey, using the popular Mystery Shopper methodology, conducted by a specialized marketing agency commissioned by the Bank of the Year Association, on the quality of work at the front offices of pre-selected bank branches throughout the country.
