After the elections, we can hardly expect serious changes, no new political player is emerging. Similar results are expected. This is predicted by the political scientist and doctoral student at SU "St. Kliment Ohridski" Kaloyan Velchev before the BNR.

"The most unknown is the result of the PP-DB and it appears that they are in a tough campaign, alone against everyone, but this can mobilize their electorate, the end is open," commented Velchev.

He admitted that he would "like to see a positive campaign – on decency in politics and political speech".

And he added: "Because in recent months we have heard and seen ugly things and insults, we are observing personal politics and hatred. To set a limit of decency. I expect increased election activity, considering that the elections will be 2 in 1.

Velchev is convinced that "in the next parliament there will hardly be a majority that will be more stable and able to offer some political alternatives", given the priorities – Schengen and Eurozone.

The analyst comments that he will be surprised if there are changes in the composition of the "Glavchev" cabinet after 3 days:

"I think that this office will grow into a common platform of the united camp against PP-DB. Through the office "Glavchev" will use the election campaign to attack their until recently partners."

"I am not convinced that the constitutional changes are negative, they turned out to be unpopular. The more serious problem with Art. 99 is the reluctance of political players to implement these new norms and fulfill them with meaning. The president could have been a lot more cooperative in this process. After all, this is a composition that must be approved by him, and he transfers the responsibility to the political parties and Glavchev. This has a political logic, but no state logic.

This composition of Glavchev was consulted with the president and he could offer personnel support. That's politics, you can't stay clean, you're in a procedure where you're supposed to take responsibility. This, in my opinion, is exactly the logic in the changes to the Constitution – to share the responsibility between the president and the prime minister", commented the political scientist.
