Due to repair activities on an ESO facility on March 9, 2026, power supply disruptions are possible in settlements in the municipalities of Pleven, Dolni Dabnik and Cherven Bryag, Pleven region and Lukovit municipality, Lovech region
The State Electricity System Operator /ESO/ notified ERM West that on March 9, 2026 it will carry out repair activities on the 110 kV overhead power line “Lavrov“. The activities on the facility require a change in the electricity supply scheme for electricity consumers in settlements in the municipalities of Pleven and Dolni Dabnik, Pleven region and Lukovit municipality, Lovech region.
Due to the activities on the ESO facility and the change in the electricity supply scheme, on March 9, 2026, for the period from 09:00 to 16:00, power supply disruptions are possible in the village of Yasen, Pleven municipality; the villages of Gorni Dabnik, Krushovitsa and Sadovets in Dolni Dabnik municipality; the villages of Radomirtsi, Rakita and Telish in the municipality of Cherven Bryag, Pleven region and the village of Bezhanovo, Lukovit municipality, Lovech region.
ERM Zapad, in its capacity as the operator of the electricity distribution network, is obliged to ensure safe conditions for the implementation of activities at the ESO facility. The change of the power supply scheme cannot be carried out without operational switching, which leads to short power supply interruptions.
