Vazrazhdane party“ received two refusals from the prosecutor's office to initiate an investigation regarding an audio recording allegedly from a meeting of the PP-DB management. This was reported by Petar Petrov from “Vazrazhdane“ in front of journalists on the sidelines of the parliament, quoted by BTA.
According to him, “worrying facts” for Bulgarian statehood – “ the leadership of the Bulgarian security services has been approved and will be coordinated with the embassy/embassies, and the creation of a temporary commission to “tap the ball” with the immunity of a representative of the people, a former prime minister, in order not to be removed.
„ The Bulgarian Prosecutor's Office does not want to investigate these disturbing facts about the Bulgarian statehood,”, Petrov pointed out.
He explained that from “Revival“ filed a report with the chief prosecutor, then the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office refused to initiate pre-trial proceedings, which was confirmed by the Appellate Prosecutor's Office and then canceled by the court, and the file was returned for further investigation.
The reason is that, according to the court, the prosecution's refusal is illegal and there is inaction on the part of the state prosecution, Petrov explained, adding that the prosecution did not take any action on the investigation.
After the return from the court, the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office, in the person of prosecutor Ivaylo Petrov, again found no reason to initiate pre-trial proceedings, as from “Vazrazhdane” note that they will again appeal the refusal before the higher instance.
The Bulgarian Prosecutor's Office and the National Security Service are controlled by the DPS, said Petar Petrov. When asked why he claims this, he replied that in his opinion the two institutions “work in the service of the DPS and do not work in the interest of the laws of the country, because the DPS itself does not work in the interest of the Bulgarian citizens and to comply with the laws of the country”.
