Bulgaria can be very vulnerable if we do not have regular power at a time when the world is shaken by conflicts. In Bulgaria, there is still talk about whether the official Minister of the Interior should be this or that. This was stated by political scientist Tsvetanka Andreeva on bTV.
"The entire democratic world is looking at Ukraine and its advance into Russian territory. Where are the positions, what does the prime minister think about the developments in the war in Ukraine. What is happening in Russia and Ukraine seems to be lost from the focus of our politicians, who have sunk into pettiness," she added.
According to Andreeva, the course regarding security and defense policies should not change.
She also commented on the new acting Prime Minister, Gorica Grancharova-Kozhareva. "The phenomenon of the crisis has made the cabinet a very important institution. The impossibility of regular governments to run the country concentrates a lot of power in the cabinet. Therefore, by analogy with other governments, we also see this as a nodal point. But the more the crisis subsides, the more official authority should be more formal," Andreeva pointed out.
Dimitar Glavchev showed how he had an invisible string that pulled him to make decisions, Emilia Milcheva believes. And he gave an example with the frequent change of regional and deputy regional governors.
