According to unconfirmed information, the European delegated prosecutor Dimitar Belichev entered, documents are being collected that concern an investigation by the European Prosecutor's Office, which is not being conducted in Bulgaria.
The subject of the inspection is the supply of natural gas through the Balkan transit gas transmission network from Turkey to the countries of the European Union.
Unofficially, it is claimed that the actions of the European Prosecutor's Office are related to the checks carried out by the European Commission in recent weeks on the supply of natural gas to Europe by the Turkish company "Botash" and the conditions under which the blue fuel is supplied and whether in the implementation of these supplies there is any possibility to circumvent the sanctions against Russia - whether it is possible for molecules of Russian gas to fall into the gas that is supplied to the European market, which could hardly be proven.
