"The basis is the GRAO report on the verification of the signature. The CEC is not at fault. I say that because everyone only practices on them. We know whose fault it is, but we won't blame, or explain, or whine. All we will do is fix this "error" in the spring 2025 elections. That's it! Nothing terrible happened. It is much scarier that two men, brave Bulgarian warriors flew away forever to eternity! May their souls rest in peace!! We accept everything with calmness and dignity.
