This was an obligation of the companies within the framework of the basic contract. The overpaid money was due to the fact that the materials became more expensive, but I personally see the opposite - deflation,", he explained.
"There are cases when indexation was given out with 100% paid advance under contracts. The state pays the company all the money in advance, then also because the materials have become more expensive, and she could have bought them even before," Yordan Ivanov also pointed out.
"The GERB called the money for builders "fats" in the budget, they have turned into beef steaks," he added.
