I did not like what I observed yesterday in the National Assembly. Citizens are increasingly repulsed by such circuses. I don't think that such a start to the campaign will get anything meaningful done on the matter. This was stated by the political scientist Maraya Tsvetkova on the air of BNT, quoted by novini.bg
„The interesting thing about the polls is that people want government, even at the cost of major compromises. The situation is critical. Constant polling of voters will not lead to a result”, believes Teodora Yovcheva.
According to their colleague Ivaylo Iliev, “if the declared voter turnout is now 2 million people, we can actually drop to 1.8 million. On what social basis will a possible future government stand? We are going to elections again without knowing why they were needed.”
“We see that there are shifts in the alignment and results of the parties compared to the previous elections in the research. Even the sociological guild does not have an unequivocal opinion on how these parties will line up, so our comment will be more difficult. The waiting position of the parties without active action leads to the backlog of processes that were unblocked after the fall of the last regular government,”, Tsvetkova is categorical.
„We left them to fix their houses, see their results, read their bills. What else? They need to tighten up already”, she asks.
„Thinking about changing the rules is a valid question, of course. Either a new participant or new rules are needed for new elections in order for there to be a change in the result, Iliev also said.
