He was detained for 24 hours on Wednesday night, after which he was taken into custody. And his lawyer said that the arrest was due to an investigation into vote-buying.
According to the indictment, in the period from September 25 to October 2 this year, Ibryamov asked for and took a "gift" in order to influence the decision-making of officials from the Ministry of Defense in connection with their service.
