Vice President Iliana Yotova made her first comment on the elections.
She said she would wait for the final results and all the checks to find out where the higher voter turnout in the election came from.
"These elections with the whole campaign, with the way they were conducted, did not strengthen the trust in the electoral process and in the elections in Bulgaria in me personally and in part of the Bulgarian society,'' Yotova said.
On the occasion of the possibility of raising the electoral barrier from 4%, she stated:
"Bulgaria is a multi-party state. You hardly imagine that we might end up with the American model of two major political powers.'' the vice president said.
Official Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev again said that he hopes to have a regular government.
"In addition to being an analyst, a sociologist, a political scientist, I am also not a fortune teller, I can only say that I express my hopes for a regular, stable government, moreover, leaders from our neighbor North Macedonia also have such wishes," said Dimitar Glavchev .
