„There is energy” . This is how Ivan Chenchev answered a question in the Eurocom studio whether there will be a new political initiative by Cornelia Ninova and her associates. “There is energy, especially against the background of what is happening both in the Bulgarian Parliament and in the Bulgarian institutions, superimposing the heavy feeling that everything is already subordinated and dependent, in the service of her majesty “The Scheme”, added the long-time MP from BSP.
„There is also expectation. And how could there not be: the President said that he would give the politicians time to understand each other and the next moment he summoned the parliament. Parliament began work on Monday, they did not elect a speaker. They scheduled a continuation of the first meeting for Wednesday. And Tuesday? On Wednesday, they did not elect a chairman again. They scheduled it for Friday. And Thursday? Again they did not elect a chairman. They scheduled it for this Wednesday. What about Monday and Tuesday? At the same time, the most important task before the National Assembly is on the agenda – the vote on the state budget“, added Ivan Chenchev in his arguments.
„What is happening - are they bargaining for posts and positions or are they making a budget for the state to have for the people? Visible to everyone, it's already the first“.
„ Trampling of the Statute, lack of quorum, fraud and fraud again”. This is how Ivan Chenchev defined what has been happening in the BSP since June. “In sports, when the head coach resigns – the whole team leaves with him, no matter if we are talking about "Real Madrid", CSKA or "Levski". In the BSP, people who worked with Ninova, who were close to her for 8 years and would fight over who would be photographed with her, people who got positions, power, turned in 24 hours, Chenchev pointed out. And when asked again about the new political initiative, he added: “It will be different and we will be guided by the truth”.
Ivan Chenchev recalled that years ago Cornelia Ninova also asked Buzludzha to be managed by the BSP, but in his words “ ;we can't get by financially”. “But, I am also a little angry with the residents of Kazanlak – why didn't they vote? The renovation and maintenance of the monument will bring income for both the municipality and the region, it will develop them, responded the MP from the BSP for Bulgaria. in the 50th Parliament.
