Former British Deputy Defense Minister Ivor Caplin has been arrested on suspicion of paedophilia, The Sun reported.
According to the publication, Caplin was arrested at Hove Station, where he came to meet an underage boy.
Police confirmed the arrest of a 66-year-old man and said they had launched an investigation. According to The Sun, Caplin was expelled from the Labor Party in June 2024 due to unspecified serious charges.
