By a decision of the Council of Ministers, Dragoman Municipality receives ownership of a land plot - private state property, which is located in the village of Kalotina. The property will be used to expand the existing cemetery park in the settlement, and no economic activity is planned to be carried out in it. If the planned activities are not implemented within five years of the acquisition of the property, Dragoman Municipality will have to transfer it to the state. The regional governor of Sofia Region must develop a control mechanism through which to carry out periodic inspections to ensure that the conditions under which the land is transferred are met. The mayor of Dragoman Municipality must draw up an act of public municipal property.
Sukhindol Municipality receives ownership of five land plots - private state property on “Rositsa“ Str. in Suhindol for the expansion of the city's cemetery park. They will be publicly accessible and will not be exploited in an economic manner. The properties will have to be transferred to the state if the planned development is not realized within five years of their acquisition. No additional funds from the state budget will be needed for the management and maintenance of the sites, as the municipality has the necessary financial resources. It is planned that the regional governor of Veliko Tarnovo will develop a control mechanism through which he will carry out periodic checks to ensure that the conditions under which the sites are transferred are met, and the mayor of Suhindol will draw up acts for public municipal property.
