The decision is adopted on the proposal of the Interdepartmental Council for the Management of Confiscated Property. It covers 13 cases with legal acts entered into force and writs of execution issued for property representing real estate - land and buildings, cars and trucks, company shares and shares, gold jewelry.

For a period of 3 years, field archaeological research and conservation of archaeological values will be carried out there, which are necessary for the realization of the “Looping from Rupcha to Vetrino”, declared a national site. The decision is in accordance with the Law on Forests, which allows field surveys and conservation in land properties in forest territories - private state property.
The Council of Ministers adopted a decision to establish a remunerative indefinite limited property right - an easement, on part of a piece of land - public state property.
